Coaching
I primarily work with emerging leaders to directors to help them better understand themselves, strengthen their leadership skills, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
My coaching draws on a diverse background in operations management, software engineering, and human resources, along with progressive leadership roles guiding teams in highly complex corporate environments.
Coaching Approach
My work blends evidence-based coaching methods with practical leadership experience. I use tools such as Hogan Assessments and 360s to provide data-driven insights, and I partner with each client to create a tailored growth plan that includes clear goals and actionable strategies.
Clients have described my coaching style is insightful and warm, with a touch of humor.
